Refund & Cancellation Policy

What this covers

This policy applies to paid business memberships and advertising purchased on BBSR.one. Payments are processed by Razorpay. Directory browsing, enquiries, and reviews are free — nothing here applies to customers using the directory.

Cancellation

  • You may cancel a membership at any time from your owner dashboard or by contacting us.
  • Cancellation stops future renewals. Your plan benefits continue until the end of the period already paid for.

Refunds

  • Within 7 days of first purchase: full refund, no questions asked, if you're not satisfied with a new membership.
  • After 7 days: fees for the current billing period are non-refundable; cancellation applies from the next period.
  • Duplicate or failed payments: refunded in full once confirmed with Razorpay.
  • Service failure: if a paid feature was unavailable for a prolonged period due to a fault on our side, we'll refund proportionally or extend your plan — our choice in consultation with you.

How refunds are paid

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method via Razorpay, typically within 5-7 business days of approval.

Write to us via the contact page with your registered email and payment reference. We respond within 72 hours.
