Terms of Service

1. Acceptance

By using https://bbsr.one you agree to these terms. If you use the platform on behalf of a business, you confirm you're authorised to represent it.

2. The service

BBSR.one is a curated business directory for Bhubaneswar. We list businesses, forward customer enquiries, display moderated reviews, and offer paid memberships and advertising to businesses. We are a discovery platform — we are not a party to any transaction between customers and listed businesses, and we don't guarantee the quality of any business's goods or services.

3. Listings and accuracy

Listings are compiled from public sources and direct contact with businesses. We work to keep information accurate but cannot guarantee it. Businesses can claim their listing, and anyone representing a business can request a correction or removal from the listing page; we act within 72 hours. "Verified" badges mean what our verification policy says — no more, no less.

4. Accounts and conduct

  • Keep your credentials secure; you're responsible for activity on your account.
  • No fake reviews, review manipulation, scraping, spam enquiries, or attempts to game click metrics.
  • Reviews must reflect genuine experience. We moderate before publication and may remove content that is unlawful, defamatory, or misleading.
  • We may suspend accounts that breach these terms.

5. Memberships and payments

Paid memberships are billed through Razorpay per the plan you select. Fees, plan features, and durations are shown on the pricing page at purchase time. Cancellation and refunds are governed by our Refund & Cancellation Policy.

6. Intellectual property

The BBSR.one name, design, and compiled directory are ours. Business names and marks belong to their owners. You may not reproduce the directory at scale without written permission.

7. Liability

The service is provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for outcomes of dealings between customers and listed businesses. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the fees you paid us in the preceding 12 months.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India; courts at Bhubaneswar, Odisha have exclusive jurisdiction.
