What "Verified" means

A Verified badge means our team has spoken with the business directly by phone and confirmed its details — name, location, contact numbers, and the services it offers — within the last 90 days, cross-checked against public records.

Verification is earned, not bought. It is not affected by membership plans, advertising, or any payment. We verify continuously, so badges appear on more listings over time.

How listings get here

BBSR.one is curated: our team adds businesses from research and direct contact, focusing on Bhubaneswar's premium and high-value categories. A business doesn't need to sign up to be listed — being listed is free and, we think, useful to both businesses and customers.

Own a listed business?

• Claim it — create an account and claim your listing to manage details, respond to reviews, and receive enquiries directly.
• Correct it — use the "Update or remove my listing" link on your listing page to send a correction.
• Remove it — the same link lets you request removal. No questions, no runaround.

Our 72-hour promise

Every correction or removal request is handled within 72 hours of receipt. Removal requests from a confirmed business representative are honoured — a trust-first directory doesn't argue with the businesses it lists.

Reviews

Reviews are written by registered users and moderated before publication. We remove reviews that are fake, abusive, or unrelated to genuine customer experience — in either direction.
